well not sure if anyone seen my old thread but i have no spark on my 1-4 cylinders and i replaced everything but the ecu to try and get it back is this a sign of the ecu being bad??

That does not look bad. These ECUs come with conformal coating from the factory to help prevent rust. It appears that the coating is doing its job. Since most of those pins are on the same trace, you should be fine, but there is some discoloration above the trace next to the top left. I would check connectivity to be 100% sure.

So I went to autozone and rented an obd II scanner and it wont connect to my car but the thing is i took it to autozone before and they scanned it and it worked fine is that a sign?

You couldn't get the scanner to work but they did? It's a small and unlikely indication there is a problem with it. If you've already spent the money on replacing your coil, plugs and wires, you can probably find a used ecu for under $100. Worth a shot, and having a spare could come in handy if it turns out it isn't the ecu. Plus, if it's your OE ECU, it's an Eprom, save a bit more money and send it the boys at ecmtuning and get linked! :)

Are all the plugs gapped? Are they all new, and are the wires new? If you don't have a coil on plug setup then your using a coil, is that new? Firing order is right? I tried reading through your last thread, but a lot of talk about cam sensors and ptu's. Not really where you should START looking but hey, I see you found issues with the old CAS.
