AWD auto trans upgrade

i've been thinking of buying an extra awd auto trans and building it up. If you guys were to do this what would you put in it, how hard is it, and how much would it cost (roughly)?

can't say I know all that much personally. However I did find this site that has some info on auto tranny stuff. Not much but maybe its a start.

Try importperformancetrans.com.
They can also hook you up with a custom torque converter with almost any stall rpm you want.
