I searched but didn't find much information other than to visit IPT, which I did. What components should I be shooting for on my wife's 97 GSX? We're doing a 6 bolt swap and will be doing cams (probably 272's), exhaust and evo 3 16g with 750cc injectors. The car currently has an automatic with 65k on it, I am unfortunately unable to find a manual AWD with transfer to replace this auto, and my wife would PREFER an automatic. What would I need to do to make this thing more durable with something like a 3000-3500 stall? I have other cars much quicker, but wanted to make this one fun for her yet more durable than stock. What would you guys do? (Besides swap for a 5 speed, which I would do too!) Thanks in advance!
