I was thinking of buying a transmission cooler but I don't anything about it. What would be a good brand of cooler to buy, what size, where and how do I install the cooler.

You can find universal kits at autozone or online for ~$50 that come with all the hoses and clamps that you'll need. I was looking at buying an atx cooler myself, but think I'm just gonna use my stock 3000gt vr4 oil cooler instead. Same thing really. Oil is oil whether it's engine oil or atf ;)

Behind either of the big black vents on either side of the 2gb bumper. The black inserts pop right out.

^^This. I'm going to be putting mine on the driver side since the tranny is located there and also since I'm missing my ds vent haha :p Just get some self tapping screws and remove the front bumper and mount it right behind the air vent on the bumper.
