Are green orings safe for fuel? Just don’t want to run around town looking for it or wait to order it. It’s an aem rail

Although it seems safe for gasoline hbnr doesn't play well with ethyl alcohol.

The factory fuel fittings on my sportbike are green o-rings. It uses 93, same as my Spyder

So weird. I took a good look at those seals and didn’t see anything wrong with them. Both were still round. Reinstalled it and it’s not leaking. At first it was pissing out at 25psi.

Through my experiences, typically the green o-rings are for the HVAC system, which just has the PAG oil and refrigerant running through the lines, nothing like fuel, so not a high enough quality for it.

Not from my experience. I always keep a kit on hand with fuel rated O rings of different sizes. They are cheap and come in handy.
