I found a guy selling some after market bumpers for DIRT cheap. He says he isn't sure of the year of said bumpers.....Will a 1ga bumper fit my 1gb bumper? he has the front and back btw. Thanks guys.

1ga and 1gb bumpers are different. But the one you linked to is not a 1ga bumper, it's a 1gb bumper and will fit your 1gb DSM.
