I found a guy selling some after market bumpers for DIRT cheap. He says he isn't sure of the year of said bumpers.....Will a 1ga bumper fit my 1gb bumper? he has the front and back btw. Thanks guys.

I am not sure and neither is he....he has a 92 or 93 gsx so maybe. I am going to pick it up tonight and wanted to make sure it was the right one. Thanks in advance

I have to agree the front is most likely a 1gb bumper, with the back being the 1ga.

LOL two replies, two diff answers....can one of you guys explain why it would fit? 1ga or 1gb. mine is 1gb

Those bumpers will fit on your 1gb

That's right.:thumb: That front bumper in the picture is definitely a 1gb bumper. You can tell because the top of the bumper where it meets the headlights comes down some to accomodate the bigger front headlights on the 1gb. The 1ga front bumper goes straight across on the top where it meets the skinny 1ga headlights.

hey it appears the ones I bought are fiberglass....are these at least semi durable? Ive heard horror stories....I dont go crazy on bumps or anything and actually get shit from my friends about driving 2 slow over ANY kind of bump. opinions ###?

they will crack but if ## careful u will be fine and glad u got lucky

please paint them before u put them on nothing like everyone staring at ## car when they turn and plus it will chip if its not painted (more work when u do paint it)

This. It's a 92-94 drift kit and will fit your 2gb

Don't listen to this lex dude he's a probationary member

You are ABSOLUTELY right that I am a probationary member, that HAPPENS to be doing the popup conversion!

Fiberglass is going to crack to be careful..It's going sit sit alot lower than your stock bumper..So if your car is lowered your going to have to be VERY careful..

Now boys play nice now..You don't need to fight over a bumper..

Ok it has a few chips on it....and my car is stock height. My car is the electric blue...I don't have money to paint it. Was planning on putting it on tonight actually. What do you guys think? paints it? sand it? Lemme know.

Ya kits are nice if it's a show car or your single(azz magnet)..But most of the members on here are against body kits in general..It tends to give the rest of us with oem body's bad names..Especially the kitted out non turbos out there..That really doesn't help..

Ya I know how the members hate it but in the end, its my car. I am not single but am a car guy through and through. Plus mine has a little umph to back it up ....:)....You down to help me paint it if I go by you? Ill get the paint and whatnot

a Little umphh you say..I know these cars are fast stock..But your car is basically stock..

I have the spray gun to paint, but have never painted a car..I'm kinda looking forward to one of these days putting that gun to use..If not this year, next year for sure..But I've also been saying that for two years, but just got the gun last year..

Do they have a Macco close to you in Chitown? They will do the whole car for about 400 bucks..But if you need much body work the bill gets larger..

O ya I need body work....if you have a garage I will godown there....how far are you from milwaukee or kenosha/racine? lemme know I can probably dot he body work with my roommate. painting it is hard because lack of garage
