yea my a/c is already deleted, have you had any alternator issues with being on the back of the engine? i know changing alternators suck and i wouldnt want it to fail back there.basically you would need to delete your a/c if you want to go this route, if you have it.
the jaysracing kit is what i used, good quality. remove a/c pump, remove alternator, follow directions on jaysracing kit. its far easier to complete with the intake manifold off or the engine out of the vehicle.

here is some info. some ppl have problems, some done. i posted some information in the latter parts of that thread about a pulley solution. the kit itself will give you directions as well.
now is yours on a 1g or 2g? and are the a/c mounts the same on 6 and 7 bolts?i havent run my car yet, still being built. i have a new alt, but as far as issues go i cant see much going wrong with it, being as the power steering wont be dribbling on it, and it wont be getting cooked by the o2 housing.
its not the worst to pull out, ive pulled it once to re-secure the brackets, only took about 25-30 min.
Did you delete your power steering??I have the jay racing one. Simple to install and looks great!
