Hello, I've been looking in relocation kits for alternator, but the shipping to my place is expensive and I need it as fast as possible. So i made it myself. The question is, what belt should i use? My original alternator belt is too short. Maybe i need to buy belt for ac compressor because i relocated it to ac location?

I just went through this with my alternator relocation kit. I have non OEM pulleys on everything so the belt that came with the kit was not correct. So I took a piece of string and wrapped it around each pulley until I reached the starting point again. I cut the string and then measured it.
I needed a belt that is approximately 43.5 inches long. So I purchased a belt 4PK 1110. If you convert 43.5 inches to MM you get 1104. The 1110 belt which is 43.7 inches, fit perfectly even with tensioning the belt. I ordered 2 so I have a back up for later.
