Hi everyone, I have a 420A 95 Eclipse non turbo
. I just bought this car not to long ago and I haven't been happy with it since. I did the head gasket, timing belt and water pump myself and my friend did the clutch. Some of the problems are: It wont idle, it often has an unresponsive throttle, it usually will never rev passed 3000 RPM and I can hear air of some kind around the exhaust manifold/ downpipe area that increases with RPMs. I think this might be an ehaust leak but I'm not sure exactly. I just replaced the Cam sensor and connector and the TPS. After this as soon as I put a load on the car I got 5 codes at the same time
1390 Timing belt skipped a tooth, P0123 TPS High input, P0108 MAP, P0139 O2 sensor (I'll replace that that's a give in, I also think this is causing my car to run very rich.) P0505 IAC. I'm not sure what my next move should be. It is also leaking a lot of oil as well But I already did the head gasket so I'm not sure where from. Thanks for any help!!

. With the timing I heard that with DSM that if the head is removed the PCM has to be reprogrammed to know where the crankshaft and camshafts are located by their sensors. I never did do that. Do I have to? And do you think that that could be causing my 'timing belt skipped a tooth' code, or is it more likely that the timing is actually off. It does idle sometimes, especially when its cold, but when its hot it is pretty iffy about it and even when it does idle its usually a rough one. Thanks again for the help!
