A little White smoke

Ok heres the scoop i know that all you guys will prolly let hell rain down on me cuz of this sayin that i didnt search but heres the deal. I did search and they didnt have the problem that i had from what i seen on the first 3 or 4 pages. So heres the deal. When i first start in the morning when its cool out white smoke comes out. Its not really smoke ive been told its condinsation from the climate being so wet here in washington. But the other thing is when i really get on it a little white smoke comes out. my friends say its when i get on it and its not alot its just enough to notice. Ive been checkin my coolant levels and havent had the right equipment to do a pressure test. But the coolant is at the correct levels and all that. When i changed my oil last i noticed that on the bottom of my turbo the oil line i think it is looks like its has a small leak. Not dripping but just shows that a little oil is there. im gonna clean it off then run it a few days and see if the spot comes back could that be the problem. The car has 100,329 miles on it its a 97 eclipes GST. Let me know guys.
