A/C and CD Player not working?

I have a 96 spyder and I haven't had any probs with it yet but this morning I got in it and the A/C wouldn't work, my CD player wouldn't work and my headlights wouldn't go off, even when I flipped the switch. What could all this be? and my fuse box under my dash is missing the cover that labels everything, so I also need help on the fuse labeling.I had to disconnect the battery for the lights to turn off the headlights.I guess the lights turned on when i cranked the car this morning.

Something similar happened to me but not the light thing. All it was, was the two fuses that is stuck together in the yellow housing in the fuse box under the hood, just one was blown.
