How do i get my cd player working?

I had my battery disconnected because i was swapping a motor in it..Now it reads code in the stock deck..How do i get it fixed?

If it is reading a code, take the car to autozone and have them scan the car and clear everything.

No, the best way is to call a Mitsubishi dealer BY PHONE and tell them the radio code / serial number found under your radio ( yea you have to take it out ) and they will give you a code back...its as easy as that. I did that and it was FREE of charge, so its the easiest and best way to go.

But doesn't that defeat the purpose of the security code in the first place if they're willing to give it out over the phone...?
