A bunch of questions regarding my motor after swap?

Well after my motor swap I'm starting to notice some things. I did a 6bolt swap that was originally in another 2g into mine. It has been running OK after all the little mishaps, but now after a bit I'm starting to run into some issues that i hope are not a head gasket. I noticed my coolant was a little creamy i guess you could say like theres some oil in it. I have been losing a little bit of oil but i think it might be from the return line on the turbo because the gasket leaks. I put a new battery in my car today and started it have now an idle surge warming up at 2k then dropping off to around 1k and keeps jumping around until i turned my car off. Now It does not over heat, and i did spill some oil in my overflow tank so it might cause the creamy look, but it was a while ago and i cleaned it out pretty good. I did a compression check a little bit ago and it was fine. I'm really hoping its not the head gasket because i just put the motor in but looking at the all the symptoms it points to it except for having good compression, and it not over heating. I'm also blowing out white smoke out the exhaust when it warms up but it does get a little better once warmed up. Sorry but I'm starting to question having a dsm anymore and get rid of it for something else because every time you fix something 10 other problems arise.

To me it doesn't sound like a headgasket. Check for any other oil leaks and replace that gasket. Flush your coolant and change it. And do a compression and leak down test. If all is good there then I wouldn't be looking at getting rid of it yet unless you just don't like working on cars.
