93 Laser Rs gold package n/a 4g63 TPS

Hello, I recently purchased a 93 Laser Rs gold package n/a with only 97,000 miles. It's the 4g63 n/a 5 speed fwd. I picked it up for 800 in west milton near dayton ohio, at first the car would not idle at all and it would jump rpms up and down really quick. Now that I replaced the tps it idles around 500 and when I turn the a/c on it goes lower than that and starts to shutter and shake. When I go to drive it, it will get up and go just fine for about 5 - 10 minutes then It will start acting up again. Which are the correct adjustments I need to make to have it preform better, also I do not know weather or not they adjusted the idler nor do I know where the idler is if you would mind answering my questions and getting back to me it would be great.

Check timing first, then check actual TPS settings (goto VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions) on this info.

For the idle is trying to find "home" - where things are in balance. Right now, there is such an imbalance between TPS settings and timing settings, along with actual idle stop settings with the BISS that it can't find a balance to settle down.
