91 talon Operation : PURP

Whats up tuners my names Sheldyn an have been in the DSM game since 2006. Started with a few 2.0 nonturbos, after going on the fourms and doing some research found they made them turbo and awd the hunt was on.

Found 3 DSM's parked on the side of this guys house. knocked on the door and asked if he wanted to sell any?

Out of the 3 I liked this one the best, 1991 Talon tsi awd. Motor condition was unknown had 118k on the car. We settled on $650

Not complete but most of its there.

Towed it home and started the teard down.

After finding piston 3 melted and the head in bad condition it was time to do more reading and research. Taking up as much dsm knowledge at 17 years old I had no idea what I was getting my self into. 500hp+ is what I was looking for, Rebuilt list started.

Cleaned up the bay with some fresh paint.

Since the sub frames got a good cleaing I had to show the underbody some loving.

Also got the sub frames and hubs put together with new wheel bearigs, ball joints and tie end rods. New rack an pinion in the front.

Cant wait to get this beast one the road.

Rear differential in, every lady needs to have a nice 4bolt rear end

Its my friends uncles four car garage with a two post lift on one side. Has just about every thing a shop does witch makes this build titties Thanks uncle Jim your the shit!

Haha no unemployment checks here but feel free to drop me a dsm donation I have been stashing my dsm parts for about 3 years waiting for the perfect time.

Havent gotten much done on the car this week had to move ughh uhaul full of dsm parts why RACECAR!
