9 sec pass with stock 1g intake manifold

Would it be able to if you extrude honed the stock one...i am just asking and not trying to deviate from the actual topic just a question i had

Without changing the actual plenum volume or runner length/bends/exit angle the effective rev range for that manifold design won't be changed, if that is what you are asking.

How much mass flow you can push through it during that rev-range is a function of the gas law.. pressure/temperature vs. volume.
