That should be right around 500hp but there are a lot of variables. If I'm not mistaken, that is a 65 lb/min turbo. So 500hp is more than do-able. On PTE's website they state its rated for 640hp Probably stay around 8.5:1 comp pistons. My personal opinion see if you can find some HKS cams. Adjustable cam gears would be a good idea as well. It's all in the tune my friend. On e85 I don't see why that can't make 500hp. I wouldnt be a bit surprised if it was more towards 600 LOL.

Yes 500whp on e85, not sure of that turbo, might be able on pump as well.
Cam gears- Yes
Valves- 1mm oversized cant hurt right? Stock would b ok though
vband o2 housing-I believe PR sells a 3" vband elbow with o2 bung, the rest of the DP will be a custom job from a good exhaust shop. Not gonna find that stuff off the shelf when dealing with vbands
Comp stage 4- I have one and its a tough SOB, but maybe you want a stage 5 or if you really want to be 100% sure itll never slip, go with a twin disk setup and be done with it forever. It costs over a grand tho!!
2g TB- You can keep it or upgrade to a 1g which is slightly larger but youll need to port that SMIM open or youll have a lip(assuming youre getting a 2g SMIM due to the 7bolt head??)
COP-NO,dont need it at all.
Turbo timer- Wire it into your trashcan, cause its garbage. LOL, naw, keep it if you want i prefer not to have extra shit that could cause problems in the system later down the road. If you run hard then let the car idle for a minute, BAM theres your turbo timer.(I think those things are a fn gimmick, everyone can spare a minute to idle). Most of the time you dont do a pull then immediately shut your car off. The time you spend gently driving the car after a pull is sufficient to cool the bearings enough not to cook oil on it.
Plugs-Br8es, non projected is my suggestion. But simply an opinion.

Good call, missed that. I have crowers(not BC's) and i would not recommend them. I mean theyre fine but you want something more aggressive. Kelfords will fit the bill perfectly.

If you go with the Kelford 272 cams, You need a good spring, You list manley springs and retainers, but the single or dual springs?

Make sure the 6152 is ballbearing. The JB are known to blow. I just sold
My 6152R in the dsm flange because i wasn't impressed. Sold it for an hx40 and love it. I know i could have had more power on a t3 hot side but what ever. The previous owner of the 6152R made 514awhp with 100% meth injection

i was thinking about the single not duals, should i go with the duals?
and its a journal :/ im looking to trade it or get rid of it for a pte 6262 or a 6266 i want a t3 but with the 6152sp i got a good deal on it that i couldnt pass up so i took it thinking i could trade it wit cash for a 6266 but no luck so far, im set on a pte idk why but i am. and does your vband o2 housing bolt up to a downpipe with no modification? i really dont wanna go thru the hassel of getting a downpipe welded to fit, i can do it myself but considering im cutting out all the rust in the engine bay and welding in new sheet metal i dont think i wanna do more haha

I'll give you some feedback based on my own setup.

I'm running a cop setup with the MSD DIS-2 and I'm somewhere around 400hp. The PO built the car so I can't say how it helped out but people say it will help smooth out the idle. I also know that the stock ignition is good for well over 500hp and people have made 700 on the stock setup.

As far as cams and gears go, I would say that the BC 272s may not be enough for your setup, but it depends on what you want to do with the car. You say you won't be driving it much (street?), but only want to track it a few times. If you want it to be more of a top end monster get the kelford 272s, but the BCs will keep it more tame for the street and keep your power more mid range.

The adjustable gears are a good idea since you'll be able shift your powerband a little, but you can always wait and add them later if you want the power to hit a little sooner. Read through this to help yourself decide if you need/want the gears after you get your setup running. http://http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-tuning-ecu/375887-cam-gear-tuning-dummies-understanding-what-happening.html
