4G37 Head swap to a DOHC head?

Is it possible to take a 1.8 4G37 and put a 2.0 4G63 head on it?
Possible? Just trying to think of something unique to do

I don't think so, there not the same series of engine (i.e. 4G6x, 4G5x, 4G3x). I may be wrong though.

I wonder if its possible to swap the head from a dohc hyundai 1.8l on there?

Nope, unfortunately it does not. The coolant passages don't line up.

You can have fun with one of these 12v heads though....http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/problem-diagnosis/292269-engine-91-plymouth-laser.html That xtra valve was for the MCA-Jet system to swirl the fuel mixture for more even burning. Yet, it also gave that little motor a bit of extra boost in the upper end.

Kinda rare to find.....can we see a turbo conversion with one of these heads if one can be found?

I have one of those heads. I took it off and it's been sitting under my bed since I swapped the 4g63t in there. It wasn't so noticable down low, but definitely up top. Gave the car a nice little grunt too

Can u do anything with the 4g64 bottom end with these i know they are sohc.
