If i had the proper tool to get such a measurement i would as i have a spare head at home.

Should be able to figured out with a protractor.

I have a head laying around, I will try to make time later today to measuser it for you.
 
IF you want to make a spring compressor than go to harbor freight and buy a big c clamp and cut a slot in a deep well 1/2 inch socket. It's cheap and works well.

finally got around to measuring this angle...

60deg from horizontal, give or take a few degrees...

Are you sure about that? If memory serves me correct I would put it well under 45*, maybe more like 30ish*. Or did you mean 60* from the horizontal?

This is what I found, don't know how reliable the poster is, but it came from a thread on this site.

The valve angles are aprox 28' per side int and exh for the 4g63
