By flowing 68-lbs/min sure does put this turbo at the possiblity of making enormous power. To me, with a built 2.3L on E85 should be making more whp and wtq than this. Am I missing something?

I believe he's talking about the DSM82 being rated at 68 lb/min. A 6031E with a 60-1 compressor would never see 68 lb/min.

On the dyno as we speak...#'s coming shortly!

Well Luke had to run off again today...so we got 1 pull in at the lowest boost possible, 14lbs.

It made 360 at the 14lbs I think the 30+ #'s are going to be excellent!!!

Edit 3/30/11--

Run #2 It made 391awhp/441awtq at only 18psi @ 3800rpm and then blew off the pipe. It was on its way to 30lbs. Will try again tomorrow. Sorry guys.

Update....1 pull at 25lbs. Going to check the tq on the headstuds and do more pulls later in afternoon....

But so far it made [email protected] here is the sweet part.....Look at the original graph on the 1st page and see that the graph dips way down up top...dipping well below 400hp...

Now the car is keeping a steady 500awhp all the way to 8k!!!! The powerband curve on this car is insane with full boost under 4k. Its a much bigger turbo and is spooling up quicker than the precision that was on the car. I cant wait to post up the new graph and I'll also get an overlay graph from the old dyno setup compared to the new one.

Going to be pushing 30-32lbs +adjust a lot of timing yet.... so I'll let you guys know the new #'s

What about the 3 bolt rear end? Also are you planning on putting a cage in the car?

I'm trying to find a 4 bolt rear end as we speak. If you know where I can find one, let me know! As far as the cage, I plan on doing that sometime this summer. I'll see if I can make a few passes first and see what happens.

How's your tranny holding up? My only holdup on committing entirely to going stroker is that I'm afraid of blowing the tranny to pieces since strokers put more stress on them than a regular 2.0

Its a shep stage 3, its holding up good so far
