I plan on getting FP GT3786R with T3 .82 A/R V-band outlet
What kind of exhaust manifold do you guys suggest
And also what size wastegate would be good

Punishment racing big tube T3 manifold. I have one on my 6235 (pte 6262 mated with a gt35r turbine) with a pte46mm gate and love it. The manifold is bad ass

Jmf is a good choice also, and for wastegate, I like the tial 44mm mvr.. Im running a pte 46mm now only since I got it for free ..

I ran a tial 38mm mvs with my 57 trim and it was a nightmare. Springs and diaphragm were constantly failing. I replaced the melted springs 4 times in less than 2000 miles. I finally sold it with a blown diaphragm amd melted springs with a punishment o2 housing for dirt cheap and opted for the pte with my punishment turbo set up. Extremely happy with the pte gate. No issues at all.
