3 years later, i bought my first DSM back!

I was 16 when i was put into the DSM game. My grandfather and I bought my first DSM, a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GST. It was gorgeous. I loved her, she had 140k miles on her when i bought her.. I know it was a lot but i didn't care then!

Motor gave out at 180k miles and i did my first build when i was 18 years old thanks to this site! After 1500 miles i sold her, and bought my Cayenne Cornfed GST that you all know by now.. =) I have owned 8 more DSMS after my first and second dsms..

I saw on craigslist because of my friend that my very first dsm was for sale! with a blown motor.. for 1000$. I instantly jumped up. 14 hours after car was posted i contacted him and told him id be out. Within 4 hours of knowing it was on craigslist i trailored her back home and signed title back to me!

I am up at college now, but i had to pick her up. Even if she sits.. But here she is. My project, my life, my beginning to my story of the dsm world!

(don't judge by the decals.. it was 5 years ago when i was 16... hhaha)

First 3 pictures were from when i first bought it when i was 16..

The next one was from when i was 18 and i built it.

The last 3 were from last night after i bought it 3 years after selling it <333

I can't help it that you never want the red car to be fast.

Seriously though, I have so much going on I'd never have the time to install it for a few weeks anyway.


I guess the bigger question here is when the hell are you AWD-swapping the red car? You had all the parts you needed to do the job on that black thing you parted out before the Shootout....and now you picked up another one-wheel-peeler?

hahahahahah i have no idea justin.. I literally can never figure out what the hell I'm doing. DSMS come and go so fast into my garage now that its just like whatever haha..

Soon i will make the red car AWD and faster =P
