      My old oem reman alternator did similar, it was fine when cold and when driving and warm it lowered the voltage. I had it tested and they found it was ok but it was not getting hot so i ruled it down to the rectifier most likely causing problems...

      Im not accepting anything currently on these until i got my other project out the way so come feb-march 2023 then i can start getting into these again. I can come back to this thread once i got this far and all the laser cut parts priced up.
