Does anyone know what relays the 3rd one is cause I keep getting told different things

From left to right, the 3rd relay is your starter relay. (#83159)

For future reference making a vehicle profile will help us answer your questions so we know what you're working on. I can see that it's a 2g with an auto trans though.

Try Miller import parts. I think he changed the name to kannapolis auto parts.

From viewing left to right my 1999 Mitsu factory manual shows relays as fuel pump, ASD, and ETAX (aka Auto Tranny Control, although someone once told me that ETAX was not present there on the 95, 96). Last relay is not shown in my manual so don't know. [Starter relay is behind center console].
