420A Missing Fuses Or Relays?

I haven't been able to find any articles or pictures showing if I'm missing any fuses or relays in the fusebox. Providing a picture below for what mine looks like currently. Car is having (what seems to be a common) overheating issue, where either the radiator has gone bad, and/or the fans are not coming on. It may be a combination of both, but I want to be absolutely sure it's not a cheap fix, before I go and make it an expensive fix. Any information would be truly appreciated!

According to the layout on the junction block cover you're missing both the fan 'high' relays. That's going to limit your cooling ...

I've tried to shift a couple of the other fuses into those junctions, but they're really loose and don't sit in them... Is there a different size that's supposed to fit?

Based on the fusebox pic is this a 1996 2.0L NT (https://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/2gnt-96-eagle-talon-ignition-fuse-blowing.536901/#post-153830283)?
If so, it doesn't use the 2 Rad Fan (Hi) relays (they are used in the turbo model).
However make sure both stock fans come on when hot with the AC on or you will have overheating. Also note that the stock fans with their shrouds move more air than any aftermarket ones.

Thank you for this. Looks like it's a common thing for these to not have relays in them. So next would be to check the fans... Good to have this question answered, and have the place to look!

If relays from other locations fit loosely that's proof that there are no contacts (= no wires) in those sockets meaning there's not supposed to be a relay there.

Relays are electrically operated switches. They are used when a high power accessory like a fan must be controlled by a low powered device like the transistors in the Powertrain Control Module.
