30A fuse for the IGN. SW. MOTEUR slot keep burning! Not sure if this means I have a short somewhere. It also pops for the Power Windows as well. Where do I start looking to rectify this problem?

I do have a coil pack that isn't grounded but it's been like that for about 3+ weeks now.

Hi, try grounding you coils, its obvious they could be causing them specially if you started blowing fuses in a 3 week range.
