My car's engine check light blinked in the following sequence: 12111544355. Is this a CEL code? I just noticed it. If it is a code, what does it mean? Thanks in advance.

If you are obd1 that code is too long. That or you have multiple codes. Did you double check what you found?

Take it to Autozone or Advance auto parts and have'em check for you, they can give you a printout of possible problems, start with the most inexpensive one and work your way up.

advance and/or autozone can only read your codes if you have the obdII port. if you have the obdI then they can't do it.

autozone only has a (pocket) ob2 reader it will not read ob1 or pre ob2 cars.
