Okay I have a 98 eclipse non turbo and I am getting the random misfire code. I have already replaced the plugs ngk, wires, and coil. I am still getting this code every like 1 hour the light might start flashing but that is it. I don't know what else to check because the car runs so good. I'm to the point that I want to take it to a mechanic for a diagnostic because I can fix anything once I know what it is but this is hard the car has 180k miles on it I that helps. But I know the timing belt has been replaced.

I ordered it!!! That would make send because I had an oil leak from the valve cover a while ago

I had oil in mine from a defective vc that had a chunk missing out of it when i built my motor, oil got in there and I never cleaned it out. I Just blew my hg and now I am going to clean everything. But the oil in that sensor was the misfire cause on my buddies car.

Crank sensors an easy quick job. It's on the back side of the motor and you need to do it from under the car.

I hit this in the mail I think it's the wrong part
