2G 2g talon fuel pump

So i'm having a huge issue with my fuel pump been going thru fuel pump after fuel pump. I swapped my fuel pump relay and it clicks and so does my mpi. Pump won't cut on i have an aem v1 ecu in the car at the moment. Yesterday a friend of mine removes the return line to check my pump and it pisses out fuel wit the key off but pump won't cut on. We think it's the ecu.

i have to update the info i have a 1995 eagle talon tsi with an aem v1 ecu in it

The original wires on the harnes should still be the same. Idk anything about an aem pinout or a 95esi but if i had an ecu pinout thats color coded, id follow the yellow brick road unless youre saying your vehicle harness is all custom.
