No offense on the "guinea pig" thing
Crank scrapers have been around for a few years now. Mach V has been selling them for years. I have one and I have no complaints. Helps keep the oil down in the pan. It has never effected oil pressure either. If your running a storker motor, I do not know if you would have the clearence with the longer stoke.
I have herd to not use any gaskets with an OEM oil pan, and to just use silicon.
Do you have any sealing issues having the crank scraper between the oil pan and the block ?
My car has a *lot* of track miles on it, with the stock oil pan (1g 7-bolt in a 2g). Looked into the Moroso pan awhile back , but it looked like it was going to hang down a little lower (which is unacceptable to me).
