Ok. So I’m getting spark on all cylinders. New cam sensor, plugs, and wires. Had it running but had a miss in it before putting new plugs and wires on it. Now it just cranks and starts to fire. Sometimes backfires Not sure where to look now

Last time you had the wires on wrong... Any chance you did it again?

It looks like you changed the BOV and the new one is open to ATM but you look to be running a MAF. That isn't going to help. Also you use to have a mess with a single manifold reference hose (long) connecting the BOV and other things off it. That is also not such a great idea.
