If I was there with a Japanese tuner car I'd hang out with Seoul Tuners. It might help, and they have fun. A bunch of them have Japanese cars. Probably nobody with a DSM, but some of the stuff you want to do just needs the right shop, one that will work on a 90's Japanese car and is ok with doing mods. Seoul Tuners would know those shops.
