Hello,
I don't really work on cars much, but I'm trying to get into it. I took off my gas tank, because it needed to be drained (super old gas. Hadn't been run in years). I drained it, and as I was putting it back on, one of the plastic parts broke. Can anyone tell me what this is? 😂 I checked Mitsubishipartswarehouse and other related sites. I think it's number 6 on their fuel tank diagram, but there's almost no information. Or is there a type of glue or bonder that I could use to fix it that won't erode over time?

I was trying to remove my muffler but while taking it off one of hoses by it got snagged and broke it. It’s located on top and inside the fuel tank.

Iirc it’s an anti-siphon unit. it prevents anyone from sticking a hose into the tank to drain it/siphon fuel from you. I’m sure this part is shared through multiple mitsubishis/eagles, if anyone has the part number for it then you should be able to find it used pretty easily as they are not sought after.

If I am looking at the correct location ASA shows the same p/n for 2G FWD & AWD. Top is AWD & Bottom FWD.

Yes they are the same. But it is in no way going to be easier to find AWD parts than FWD parts.

Will this part being blocked off cause filling the tank to be a problem? Can I just vent the Leveling Valve to ATM? Mine is broken too, i jb welded it back together but then just capped it off. As I removed all the evap stuff as the lines were all collapsed/gooey/melted like internally.

Yes, blocking this off will cause an issue. I replied to the other thread you were asking in as well.
