Resolved 2G - Does Anyone know what this is for?

I have looked through the forums but I can't find what this is. I am also new to 2g nonturbos. I have always had turbo models. It is located on the front drivers side of the block next to the header. Thanks for your help

Its a noise condenser. It filters out noise that can interfere with the radio and other electronic devices.
