Ok so I was installing my motor and after i had it bolted to the bellhousing it accidentally leaned over a little. I payed no attention to it, but later on when I went to look under my car I saw fluid leaking from the driver's side seal. So I made the assumption that it was broken or something and I pulled the axle. After pulling the seal out and inspecting it, nothing seams to be wrogn with it (except for maybe a little stretching from the tranny tilting with the axle in it. So without worrying about it, I just bought another one, but do you think the original seal was still good.

Are you sure the axle was fully snapped into the transmission? If you don't get it fully locked in, it'll leak transmission fluid.
