This is shaping up to be another great shootout! A lot of cars are showing improvements already, I'm actually getting excited about the gtr class now, and I'm willing to bet it'll be another record turn-out! A little over two months out now!

I plan on making my first ever trip to the SO! Should be a blast.

I also like the idea of having the separate parking for DSM/EVO not all together with all them minivans and trucks.Just imagine how cool would that be to have over 500 dsm/evo on one spot.

That's how I feel about Galant VR4's and is the reason why I get all of them to park together because seeing a lineup of Those cars is just amazing to me. 67 more days! See y'all there!!

Well my trip may have taken a turn for the worse. I now get to find someone else to go with seeing as the guy i was gonna go with has decided to sell his car instead of putting it back together and is probably not going to shoot out, so now i either get to save twice as much as i had planned or i am screwed on being able to go.

I already got that covered for us GVR4 guys. I got cones, lathes, and signs that say reserved parking for Galant VR4's =)

Wow! I can't believe it's almost time already. Is the campground side of the track going to be open for camping? There's no way I'm plunking down that kind of money for a noisy room with a sticky floor again.

I think by having the parking for DSM/Evo,VR4,and GTR would make this event even better and also draw more attention to detail what's this event all about .I have been going to the shootout since 2004,never missed it yet.I live about 4 hours away.I have a blast every time.This year I am bringing my 2 year long project that I am very proud of and I want to show it off but don't really want the van and 1988 rusty truck right next to it when people take pics if you know what I mean.

After years of hearing my friends go on and on about how much fun they always have at the shootout I finally have a DSM of my own and I won't be missing this for the world!

The RCI jackets at Summit Racing are affordable and do the trick.
