VENDORS. I accept vendors at the shootout. The booth space in the past has been $500 for each vendor. This year I am going to change this and see how it works out. This year I am going to allow any vendor to come into the event and the only fee that needs to be paid is the entry fee at the gate for each person that comes in.

CLASS SPONSORS. Always interested in having new sponsors on board. Each class is $1500 to sponsor. This gets your name on the trophies, announcements throughout the day about your business, your company display in with vendor status and 5 people. Saturday at our open house a limited size display can be put up at our open house. Your display space is unlimited on Sunday at the track.

NOTE: WE DO HAVE A RAIN DATE FOR RACING IN CASE WE NEED IT. IF IT WERE TO RAIN OUT ON THE 17TH WE WILL BE RACING ON MONDAY THE 18TH.

Man, we are already ahead of the game. We got like 5 threads going on camping and people getting there and just other random stuff. Can't wait, I'm so stoked.

I know I searched before posting and seen those but didnt see a thread with all the classes, times, etc... so I thought it would help you guys out.

Also any of you that would like to help spread the word please copy the entire first post and put up a Myspace bulletin. It would be greatly appreciated!

Not a problem, although only like 3 of my friends drive DSMs. There are a couple threads with all the info as well, just not sure which ones off the top of my head.
