Alright, searched here and google for answers, but could only find good 2g write ups and 1g rear bumper removal. What is a good way to go at this and where are the fastners? I have only a few hours to get this on FMIC installed and bumper on and off. So a good VFAQ would be nice, but none have been found, even on VFAQ, unless i didnt look in the right place. Anyway, thanks in advance!

2-Bolts on each side at wheel wells
Remove Headlights and side markers
3 bolts under each headlight, 3 bolts in center section
Remove plastic fasteners to Wheel Well plastic and same for under bumper to frame

It comes right off. Use some PB blaster before, should only take about 15 minutes with a 12mm socket

What kit? Do you have your cutting tools ready?

As an add-on, I forgot you also have 4 bolts holding the crash beam and shocks on. If you have a cutting wheel, you can just cut out what is needed, or go like I did and cut the beam between the mounts. I plan on welding some steel back on to have some sort of protection up front.

You doing 1gA kits yet? ;)

LOL, I'm working on it! I've had a ton of interest(sales) on link with the 2g kits, no interest in the 1gb kits!, and getting the powder coating issues resolved. I'm hoping to get back out to my donor car this weekend. Its alot more involved than the 2g, and 1gb kits. Goal is on and off with minimal removal of parts, and a bottom bumper support for the sag.

Sweet thanks guys!! I will be getiing on installing this baby!! PR FMIC FTW!!

what turbo you got?

btw, get that bung welded on the jpipe before you even install it. Also on my 1g i had problems with the bov hitting the hood. I guess its pretty common so there was a little dent in my hood.

What bung? There was no bung included with it?

If you mean for a boost source, I am tapping into the compressor housing for that.
