1G Tuning options, what is there ?

like the title says i am looking for all real tuning options not safc ! i previously had a 2g and tried tuner pro with a moates ostrich but was limited with what you could do with the 95 ecu and then i had dsm link and liked it for the most part.

MAF/MAFT and DSMLink/ECMLink are some.

ECMLink is the way to go... It's very hard to beat with the Lite version, that's what I am running and it does everything I need it to do.

ECM Link is very popular, and most people will tell you to buy it.

AEM is also another option but quite expensive.

Just something to keep in mind. Although Link is so user friendly, Some people prefer to branch off and do something different. Its all about how much you want to spend and how much you want to learn. I think of it as fabrication vs. practicly bolt-on.

For the price, you can't beat DSMLink. You really can't. Megasquirt and Ostrich are not exactly the most user friendly devices and comparing the features they seem FAR inferior even if you account for the cheaper price of both these items.

Ecmlink real nice if you already have a eprom if not get it changed for 135, yeah, thats the route for me.

Add Ds-map and the evo8 ecu to the list. For my budget ice rally car these are the options I'm looking at.

Ecmlink, unless u need additional more additional inputs than they offer or internal logging. Those would be the only reasons I choose anything else.
