all you need to do is get a non cruise throttle cable (JNZ sells them) and remove your cruise stuff. It's that simple
 
Once you are able to get the pain in the ass little plastic clip off of the pedal assembly, it's a piece of cake. After I fussed with that for an hour, the rest only took me 10 minutes. :talon:
 
It's really simple, scrap out your whole cruise cables with boxes and all and slap in a non-cruise cable from a 1.8 eclipse. It bolts right up and you don't have to worry about anything else. I did this on my talon and it turned out easier than it looked. Your gas pedal might also get a little smoother to step on.
