1g non cruise control cable

okay i got my 1g non cruise control cable today. i ordered it from one of our vendors and is it just me or is the cable really long? mine stand about my height. i mocked its really really long. do i have to loop it somewhere or something. im pretty sure i got the right part#

i got the dorman accelerator cable #16645

you should be all set, it looks right to me. Heres some info for that part from rockauto.com

yup it fits but it loops around all the way. i thought when i ordered this it would be smaller . but the throttle response is WOW! i have to get use to not punching it because the slightest touch it goes!

yep, i have cruise control and my cables loop around too.

Cruise and non-cruise cables both loop around (or under if you want) the intake manifold. With the cruise control cable you have 2 cables looping, while you only have one with the non-cruise cable.
