Resolved 1g Base timing with 2g pistons and cam question

So I have a 1g with 2g pistons in it. Should i set the base timing the same as a stock setup or should i advance or retard it some?

Just curious as to what people had luck with.

Is there a difference between a USDM 5 speed turbo cam and a 2g USDM 5 speed turbo cam? Has anybody ever compared them and such?

Why would it change? You still need that degree of timing for proper combustion of 5*BTDC ...

I forgot to mention that it has 2g gsx cams in it as well. Is there actually much difference between a 2g and 1g 5speed usdm turbo cam?
