1997 eclipse GSX

I bought a 97 eclipse gsx about a year ago with a spun bearing and a broke balance shaft witch i have since fixed and my goal is a 400whp my question is what kind of mods do i need to make 400whp my mod list now is....Big 16g turbo,injen intake,3in exhaust and DP,ARP head studs,hallman pro BC my planned mods are 850cc injectors a 255 wally fuel pump fuel pressure regulator and DSM link would this be enough for my 400whp if not what would you add and what would be my boost range to make the 400whp?

I would get a set of cams, maybe some 272s

HTA68 should get you in the 400-450 range I believe

has anyone had experience with a water meth kit?? i want to stay away from e85 its not easly found in my area also anyone heard of any GSX or GST shells for sale in ohio my 97 GSX shell is completely rusted out and im in dire need of a shell
