13g to 14b swap now Smoking

Ok so I have searched I didn't really see a answer to this.

So Here is my issue I have a 93 gsx Auto that had a 13g in it.
I swapped for a 14b that has about 1000 miles on rebuild.
I am now smoking there is no shaft play if it idles it puffs a little
but then after idle if I gas it I then get a large puff of smoke.
I don't see oil in the runners from like bad valve seals.

So I started thinking that maybe it has something to do with the oil feed?

The 14b line has no restriction at all. I am wondering if this might be the issue.
I understand that the 14b is larger so it might need a little bit more oil.
It is a braided line for the 14b all the kits I see has adapters that restrict in some way.

If any one has any info on this issue please let me know.

Max operating oil pressure on a TD05H cartridge is 42-48psi; no less than 7-10psi at idle or 15-18psi under load. These turbos like less oil than any other journal bearing turbo on the market. Even the feed lines from the head on 1G cars contain a restrictor of around .070" in size.

Where is the oil feed on ofh or head? Any whining noise when hitting boost. Your better off with a oem line at the head. Also who rebuilt the turbo and how do you know it only had 1k miles? Check shaft play again in and out,side to side. To me sounds like it needs to be rebuilt by a reputable rebuilder and with quialty parts.
 
If I'm not mistaken, don't OEM feed lines have built in restrictors? Since you have a 1g (I assume fed from the head, as you're going from one stock turbo to the next), with proper corresponding feed line all signs point to the turbo.
This is assuming of course this only started happening with the turbo swap. Is this happening consistently, or did it just happen one time and you haven't run it since?
Only reason I'm asking is when I put on a used 16g with a new FP manifold I smoked a bit for the first couple times I ran it; not sure which one caused it but it stopped.
 
Yes it is feed from the head. Just started after install. 1k it was rebuilt by a member here not sure the name is no shaft play. Anytime i hit boost there is smoke don't really hear whinning. If it sets idling and i hit the throttle it smokes also. I have only drove it twice 2 miles total because of the smoke.

So one question if the oil pressure is to much would i see oil anywhere obvious?
Like maybe in the o2 housing?
I don't want to tear it apart if it wouldn't show me anything.
IC pipe is clean.

So just wondering if it is worth trying a oem 14b feed since the hole in the current one seems huge compared to the old one.

It was Spoolin4ever I am actually wrong it has 4K on it. I was told that the car had bad oil rings is what he said and
it might be oil in the turbo. I installed a new 7CM hotside on it because it didn't come with one.
So not sure how it would have oil inside it and it didn't look like it had oil in it.
