13g oil feed line

Ok so I just ordered from extremepsi the oil feed line kit, I ordered from the head to turbo and they sent me the turbo to oil filter which is ok but the bolts don't fit in the turbo, everyone told me that a 14b is the same as the automatics is this not true do i need to order a different part?EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Oil Feedline Kit (Oil Filter Location): Mitsubishi Eclipse 90-99

A 14B feed line / banjo bolt is not the same size as the 13G on an automatic. You'll need to correct that.

Best is to get a used one from a donor. People can't give that piece away, you should be able to get one for next to nothing.

The 13g has an oil feed line size of 10mm x 1.25mm i believe

I'm running a 14b/16g oil feed line on my td04hl found a banjo bolt from a shop here where I live maybe I can go check it out If they still have it.

You could always upgrade your turbo to fit your feed line

Not the cheapest route though

Why not a new OEM feed line from the head? You don't want to be supplying one of these turbo from the filter housing anyway when they're designed to be fed from the head.

JNZ has the OEM feed line for $23 brand new.

This might sound like a dumb question but, why wouldn't you want to feed it from the OFH? I just ordered a similar kit from Bonehead to use on my 14b, which will soon be upgraded to a 16g.

....and this may sound like a dumb question, but why would you ever stray away from what obviously works?

Mitsubishi knows where to source the turbo for the proper pressure and restriction; if they felt the turbo needed a higher pressure oil source, they would've done so at the factory. By you installing a larger -4AN feed line with no restrictor, you're throwing off the entire balance of the oiling system by giving the turbo more volume and more pressure than it requires, and possibly more than it can efficiently drain.

Yeah I just ordered the part from JNZ its coming in Thursday hopefully everything works out I hate not being able to drive her, all of this because of my stupidity when taking the head off

Actually I talked to Bonehead and they told me that their feed line kit still feeds from the head, not the OFH.
