Nice times. Very curious how you got so good 60' times on street tyres.

The 60' was actually quite bad. On a good track 1.6 60' should be attainable. I was really easy with 1st and 2nd gear because I didnt want to go home on a trailer. I drive about 30 miles to the track each way.

What kind of boost are you making on the stock block with that turbo?

On the stock block? Mother of God!!!

I was surprised also. What really got me is that I am still on stock head studs and head gasket....perforated, not the layered metal gasket. I would have pushed harder, but my fuel system is not up to par.

The head has not been ported. There are no tricks here. The only things that are not stock in the engine are a bse and 272 camshafts.

It's awesome that you did all this with the stock head stud and head gasket. :thumb:

Nice nubers :thumb: One of our locals was trying to see 10's on his completely stock motor (just BC 272 cams) & street tires with pump & meth injection (FP3065). Think his best run was something like 11.01 ~132 & hit a best mph with 136. He gave in & ended up swapping to slicks for one last outing in the season. Clipped off a 10.7 with poor/zero track prep. Surprising what these motors can actually handle when pushed & tuned properly.

Lets not forget about Helder's stock block record of 140mph :hellyeah:. He must have had one hell of a tuner! :thumb:
