Made some lines for the passenger brake and Volvo power steering pump. I could have done both AN lines but I thought it would’ve been pointless for the return to the reservoir, so I only made a PTFE AN line for the pressure side. Interested to see how others have routed their lines.

Made all my P/S lines from steel braided hose and JIC fittings.

I am attempting to solve my no a/c issue and well I think its electrical at this point. Got to the second can and the car died with the compressor force engaged. I have a thread going for this right now if anyone wants to hop over but this is the pressure readings im left with...doesn't look good

Your low side should be 40-50lbs depending on temperature outside and the high side should be 225 or 250 or so. Good ballpark numbers. Did you vacuum the system first? It should hold a vacuum of 25-30hg before putting in Refrigerant.
I DROVE my DSM to the Post Office today as a "Daily Driver" 💪

Disassembled the valve train on my head and found what im sure is the reason for my lower compression on cylinder one. Piece of plastic was stuck between the valve and the valve seat causing it to not close all the way. Almost EVERY valve stem seal was bad also.

Went to a meet/cruise at the theater for the 25th anniversary showing of the fast and the furious and met a couple other DSM owners there.

Made progress today. Wanna guess which valves hit?

Oddly none of the valves look bad. Haven't done any testing. Betting this thing would've run with a new belt. Not 100% but it might have started. It was an at idle hit. I didn't even bother with a leakdown. I have to fix the root cause anyway.

It was definitely on a much faster pass, without the pedal around the 3/4 shift, the 121 1/8 mile trap shows it was 150+. I'll get there! This car has typically short tracked really well, on the Mitsutimes lists I'm usually 5 or so MPH lower than the guys I'm right around because of that. Now I'm trying to add that top end charge to the mix. A 1.3x 60' added to a 160mph trap should hurt a lot of feelings LOL.
