So I’m actually getting two full sets of black leather seats. The second set of front seats are not in good condition. I think i will take apart the worse set, and cut the hog rings out that hold the upholstery to the seat cushion, and try to send it to a shop to have them duplicate it.

Drove from Philly to Long Island to get these bad boys. I’m so happy to finally have a set of black leather seats. Not in perfect shape, but what more could you ask for a 30 year old set of leather seats

Seats are in need to clean and condition them. Feel free to post pics of your guys leather interiors. Curious to compare

Black leather, and the cloth checker board are my favorite. Used to have them back in the day, but never imagined i would find a set worth putting in this car.

Had to fix some shady wiring work by one of the previous owners… least favorite thing to do.

Been awhile since Iv worked on this project since getting my other talon, but today i knocked out the intercooler piping.

Couldn’t mount the JMF small battery where it was intended to be, because i kept AC, but moved to to the frame rail.

Couple small things done this weekend. Finished mounting the fuel regulator, rebuilt the power steering pump, and got it on the car, and added a new pigtail for the CAS. I’m slow, but it’s getting there.

BOV flange, and intake temp sensor bung welded. Was fortunate enough to find these evo 8 wheels my buddy had in storage after selling his evo. Got them for a pre Covid price of 500$ only question is best tire brand!

Personally, I've been happy with the Continental Extreme Contact Sports when it comes to a mix of performance and price, with at least some winter capability. It comes in a wide range of sizes.

I wish I had the disposal income to throw at Michelins, as they do seem to be a better tire, but alas, I'm not at that level.

had a wheel guy fix the curb rash on these two evo wheels. I can’t believe how good they’re came out.

Hell yeah those look good im getting mine acid dipped and coated next month then powder coated, and new decals look great.

Bought a steering wheel online cause it looked pretty good. Unboxed it, and it turned out to be the mintiest wheel Iv ever seen.

Sent a message to the seller after seeing it in person, and they said it was removed from their car at 10k miles a long time ago. It will look great with the black leather seats in the car.

Still just stacking parts. Havnt had a lot of time lately to work on my own cars, but the time will come. The o2 housing and waste gate have arrived

Looks like it fits together real nice but clearance to the alternator, how is that?
Will you be able to put an O2 sensor in there or would it run into something?

Clearance is pretty good. I might have to bend the dip stick tube a little, but i believe the o2 sensor will fit. I’ll have to try that later. Good call
