Nothing impressive at all... just a mig weld done with a 110 Lincoln. You guys amaze me. I can't wait to learn to tig!

Nice consistency, most people have a hard time making CV processes look good. Keep your steady hand and picking up TIG will not be too difficult for you.

Thanks for the kind words! The runners have a .5" difference from longest to shortest runner.

Be warned, welding gurus please look away........

This is my first MIG welded SS O2 housing and beginning of my downpipe. It is ugly, but I think it will do the trick. I definitely need more practice, but I really need to get this car up and going.

Very nice welds friend. Inspiring. I wish I had more time to just play around. I'm trying to get my mig fixed up. Don't have the money for a tig so I just use the ones at school.

Finally got some pics of the out of position welding that I've been doing lately. And some welds.

I would post a picture of the invidia downpipe I just welded up but I'm not proud of it so I'm not haha. More pics soon.

Well this may sound stupid but where did ETS want me to mount their intercooler using the mounting tabs that are welded on? They included 2 12" straps with 1 hole in them that are just straight. After 30 min or so I still could crack that puzzle so I came up with my own solution. Be patient as I welded this on a crusty stinking Lincoln (bare bones) in a bad time crunch ( 30 min lunch).
Anyway, here it is and it works pretty good. With the piping clamped up it will be more rigid as I'm thinking about a lower mounting bracket for stability.
